At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake (or other wholesome snacks), drink tea and discuss death.
Our objective is ‘to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’.
A Death Cafe is a fun (yes, fun!) group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

Check-in Soup Groups offer a creative and interactive weekly group therapy process where you will feel heard and seen in your day-to-day struggles and challenges, experience relief, find understanding, and feel empowered to be the best “You” that you know yourself to be. It’s a great place to check-in and unload that “baggage” you’ve been carrying around all week!
These dynamic groups, each designed with a unique audience in mind, will utilize creative arts therapies (especially drama therapy, psychodrama, and movement therapy), and principles adapted from Co-counseling, Authentic Movement and compassionate community building.
Unique groups for: Men & Women | Men Only | Cultural Creatives
