I have immediate openings for teletherapy (video or phone sessions) and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty.
What a strange time we’re living in!  The spread of the Coronavirus has affected just about everyone and everything, including small businesses.  The week of March 16, 2020 marked my transition away from my “brick and mortar” office to my current online “office”.  Until further notice, this will be how I am conducting my sessions with clients.
As most of us are well aware at this point in the current pandemic, the importance of considering the impact that in-person meetings with clients could potentially have on the health of other people in my life, as well as the impact that I may have on the health of my clients is quite clear.  For this reason, I will be conducting all client sessions virtually using video technology, or telephone if preferred.   In case of an emergency and in some circumstances, in-person sessions may be arranged.
ENCRYPTED VIDEO SESSIONS: Until further notice, I will be using an encrypted, HIPAA approved video technology called Doxy.me.  You can learn more about it by clicking on the link.  If in the event that it is not working due to increased usage during the current crisis, I will use Facetime, which is not an encrypted platform.  In such an instance, if this doesn’t feel right to you for any reason, I’m happy to meet by telephone.  It will be important for you to login on your computer or download the app to your phone and sign in to Doxy’s virtual waiting room a couple of minutes before your session begins.  Here is the link to my “waiting room”: https://doxy.me/jonathanstein
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that my 48-hour Cancellation Policy is still in effect.  To learn more, you can read about it here:  https://www.jonathanstein.org/faq/#0a769ff2e2c1e6b0d
Thanks for your understanding and flexibility during this time.  Please feel free to email, text or VM me if you have any questions or concerns.
Best, Jonathan
